In this class you will learn how to combine HIIT with Yoga in order to get fitter, stronger and healthier in way less time!
Yoga is a slow moving activity which in turn activates the slow twitch muscle fibre, which gives us longer holding, power and endurance based strength. HIIT is done at a much faster pace and as a result activates the fast twitch muscle fibres. This in turn defines, tightens, lifts and sculpts your muscles. HIIT will also increase your heartrate and therefore raise your metabolic rate up by 15% burning more calories and fat for up to 48 hours after exercising.
