We have just finished our second term of Yoga and really feel we have learnt so much. Your small classes, individual attention, enthusiasm and support to make us believe we can do what seems like the impossible, and has somehow managed to get us from our sofas in the cold nights.
I have really enjoyed the energy, pace and dynamism of Freestyle yoga classes – it’s my oasis of calm in a busy working mum’s week. Anna is great at ensuring everyone gets as much out of the class as possible and you can feel your progress from week to week. She also brings her own [...]

The classes have been as important to my mind as to my body, making me stronger and more flexible in dealing with [...]
Anna’s classes are a perfect antidote to a hectic world: as physically challenging as you want them to be, but always mentally reviving. No one’s left unsupported; everyone’s encouraged to push their boundaries when the moment’s right for them.
Mark had gathered some amazing people around him. We had a ball. I think that is a credit to him and to his no nonsense approach. He is a ‘real’ guy with a wealth of knowledge and a punk rock background.
I was blown away – Mark looks to achieve superhuman feats with the body and I was hooked from first lesson.
Mark’s yoga classes are challenging, cutting edge and cool.

Your teaching style is refreshingly open and by avoiding any dogma it enabled us, as participants, to grow and develop as teachers in our own style whilst benefiting from your knowledge, support and encouragement.
One of the strengths of the course is that Mark fosters an atmosphere of questioning, exploration, and discovery – there is always plenty of time to discuss different ideas and approaches to yoga.
